The scholarship has provided the recipient with many opportunities, removing the financial burden that would have been faced otherwise.
We offer an inclusive work environment and encourage Indigenous people to apply for positions within our organisation. Send your CV or apply for vacant positions advertised.
This painting was created for GEG by Zachary Bennett-Brook, an award-winning Indigenous artist. Zac has captured the essence of our culture, values and the foundations GEG are built on into this modern indigenous artwork.
The large circular section in the middle reflects GEG’s beginnings as a family business based in Sydney.
The outer circles represent six areas of growth for GEG: 1) the growth of the company, 2) the growth in the number of our employees, 3) the growth of our brands, 4) the growth of our offices across ANZ, 5) the growth of our services and 6) the growth of the GEG family.
Our company values have been incorporated:
Safety – the connectivity throughout the artwork represents how we support each other to stay safe.
Agility – the affinity between traditional use of dots in the artwork and their representation of data embodies GEG’s foundation of Data Driven Solutions.
Balance – the synergy within the artwork reflects balance, something we encourage for all employees.
Partnerships – represented by the connected circles – we value partnerships with our people, clients, suppliers and communities in which we work.
The colours used within the artwork are the GEG brands main Blue and Green with a few little pops of both White and Grey to bring everything together.
Zachary Bennett-Brook was born in Wollongong NSW and is a proud Indigenous man of Torres Strait Islander heritage growing up in Wollongong (Dharawal Country).
We have robust systems in place to deliver on the promise. We keep up to date with industries best practice to ensure we are giving you quality outcomes. Our Quality, Safety & Environment Systems, are certified to stringent JAS-ANZ standards.

Grosvenor Engineering Group began with three university friends who had studied engineering at the University of New South Wales, two of which are still Owners / Directors today – Nicholas Lianos and Peter Souflias.
Nicholas came across Grosvenor Air Conditioning, a company looking to sell its HVAC maintenance contracts and with his university friends they bought the contracts. In May 1994, the Grosvenor Group of companies began with a team of 13. Today we are a team of 800, with customers spanning across Australia and New Zealand.
